Meet Elena, our dedicated Dental Hygienist who brings 16 years of rich experience in dental care to our practice. Since moving from Russia to the United States in 2006, Elena has built an impressive career driven by her passion for patient health and education. She began her journey as a dental assistant while mastering English and embracing American culture, then advanced her expertise by graduating at the top of her class from the Oxnard College Dental Hygiene program in 2017. Her academic excellence earned her multiple scholarships and High Honors recognition.
As an active member of the American Academy for Oral and Systemic Health (AAOSH), Elena stays at the forefront of scientific research connecting oral health to overall wellness. She takes a comprehensive approach to patient care, working diligently to identify the root causes of dental issues while creating a warm, welcoming environment for every patient. Elena firmly believes that a healthy mouth is fundamental to a long, healthy life – a philosophy she shares enthusiastically with her patients.

Her skill set is extensive and well-rounded, encompassing general dentistry, oral surgery, intravenous and conscious sedation, and radiography. Yaya’s technical proficiency is complemented by her mastery of front office responsibilities, including patient scheduling, handling dental reports, and overseeing daily administrative functions.

Alma Molina, RDA
Alma is a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with 27
years of experience in the dental field. Passionate about patient care, she
excels in assisting dentists with procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and
maintaining high standards of infection control and sterilization.
Throughout her career, Alma has developed expertise in chairside assisting,
radiography, oral surgery, intravenous, conscious sedation as well as
general dentistry. Known for compassionate approach, she strives to create
a welcoming environment for every patient, helping to ease anxiety and
enhance their dental experience here at Lotus Dental.
With a strong commitment to professional growth, Alma stays up to date with
the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques. Whether
working in general dentistry or a specialized practice, Alma takes pride in
contributing to a team that prioritizes excellent oral health care.
Outside of work, Alma enjoys hiking, walking her dogs and loves spending
time with her family. She enjoys hosting, cooking and relaxing with a hot
cup of coffee.
Kiyana
Kiyana is a dental assistant with over three years of experience, having
graduated with her dental certification from Charter College in 2022. She
is certified in X-ray technology, coronal polishing, basic life support,
and infection control, which allows her to maintain a safe and clean
environment for patients while proficiently carrying out her
responsibilities.
For more than two years, she has been employed at Lotus
Dental Practice, where she serves as a dedicated dental assistant and
continues to learn and gain valuable experience . Kiyana is passionate
about her role, focusing on enhancing patient comfort and promoting oral
health through a gentle demeanor and friendly interaction. In her free time
she values spending time with family and friends making great memories!!
